ABOUT

Born in Warsaw and based in the West of Ireland, Julia Dunin is an award winning commercial and fine-art photographer with over 15 years of experience and photography portfolio consisting of multiple cookbooks, international publications and cover stories.

Specialising in food and hotel photography, Julia is known for her clean, minimalistic style. Driven by an appreciation for the culinary art, respect for produce and a love for connecting with the people who create it, her imagery captures not just a dish or a room, but the story behind them.

Her work has been recognised internationally, including the IPPVA Commercial Photographer of the Year, Best of Nation Award & Bronze Medal at the World Photography Cup, and Finalist at the World Food Photography Awards 2026.

Alongside her commercial practice, Julia is the founder of DUINE, a wellness brand rooted in Irish tradition and slow living.

Based in Castlebar, co Mayo, she works with clients across Ireland and Europe.
